What is a coach there for?
There are 3 types of coaching
- Commercial Growth Hacking – in a nutshell, that’s all we do at 50-X – we drive for and deliver huge and exponential growth in your business and commercial space.
- Optimising – making someone who is good better – one step at a time. There are terrific coaches who are good at this, that we can recommend.
- Supervision – working and mentoring with someone somewhat more junior in an organisation to grow, fix skills flaws and make them more useful in an intensive environment- usually an education-based skill programme done with a great Occupational Psychologist or Senior manager. Coaching and Technique
Most people think that captains and leaders, industry greats and sports professionals have a coach because they’re the best. Our observation is that they are and remain the best only because they have a great coach.
Coaching provides a discrete, highly confidential and penalty-free environment where nothing is off-limits, allowing you to test thoughts and fears, and, strategies and ideas in a confidential and private environment, an environment free from any leaks or threat of misinterpretation of first thoughts and incomplete plans.
